Why should I work with Bullion & Collectibles Exchange instead of another tangible assets company? Bullion & Collectibles Exchange is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blanchard & Company. Blanchard is the largest and most respected precious metals and rare coin firm in the U.S. Our experience and knowledge allows us to deliver the ongoing one-to-one support and expertise you need to build a well-balanced and profitable portfolio.

When does my price get locked in?  Your price is locked in as soon as your order is confirmed as paid. If your order was not confirmed as paid, it may need to be reviewed by our fraud team and your price will not be locked in until you speak with a Bullion & Collectibles Exchange representative.

What are my payment options?  You may pay by credit card, we currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note there is a $5,000 order limit when paying with a credit card online. All credit card orders can only be shipped to the credit card billing address.

Bullion & Collectibles Exchange reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet our requirements or is suspected as fraudulent.

What is 3DS Security?  We participate in the 3DS security program and your credit card must be enrolled in this service with your bank to pass our fraud protection step. If your order fails because it is not enrolled, simply call your bank, ask for the fraud department and then ask them to enroll your card. This security feature protects you from fraudulent activity and ensures that you are the one using your card.

How do I track the status of my order?  Both the U.S. Postal Service and UPS offer secure online order status tracking services at no additional charge. Shortly after you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your unique tracking code and other shipment information.

Are my online orders secure?  Absolutely. Bullion & Collectibles Exchange takes the issue of safeguarding your online privacy very seriously. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read by outside parties.

Is my shipment insured?  Yes, your shipment is fully insured. For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery.

Do you ship orders outside the U.S.?  No, unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the U.S.

How will my order ship?  Orders are shipped registered and insured by U.S. mail or UPS. When we ship your order, we will send you a notification email with your unique USPS or UPS tracking code.

What is your return policy?  Sales of all bullion products are final and are not subject to return or exchange.

How do I securely store my products?  Storage options range from a home safe and bank safety deposit box to third-party storage facilities. Choose the best storage option for your needs.

Will Bullion & Collectibles Exchange buy tangible assets I purchased elsewhere?  No, Bullion & Collectibles Exchange will not be able to buy any of your tangible assets. However, you can contact our sister company, Blanchard & Co. and a representative will walk you through the process and provide you with an indication quote. In order to lock in assets not purchased from Bullion & Collectibles or Blanchard & Co., the assets must be sent to us for review.
